How to use our online ordering system
- Browse the range of products on any of our web-sites and make your selection. When you are choosing your purchase you may be asked to pick which options you may want. This may be the size, colour, quantity or drawer options that suit your needs.

To add your item to the shopping basket click the 'add to basket' [
] button.

You will now be taken to your shopping basket.
When in your basket you have three buttons;
- if you alter the quantity of an item you will need to click this button to make the changes take effect.
- if you wish to continue shopping click this button.
- click this button to enter your delivery details and make payment.

At the checkout page you will be asked to enter the invoice and delivery address, contact information such as
your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Please note: the invoice address must be that of the cardholder (if paying by credit/debit card) -
You can choose to pay online through HSBC's secure card processing system or you may want to send us a Cheque.
Please note that no orders will be processed until payment has been received.
Please do NOT send cash. - Details of where to send Cheques and who to make them payable to are displayed in your confirmation e-mail, you will also be offered a printable page if you wish to keep a copy.
- If you decide to use the online Credit/Debit card processing service you will be directed to HSBC's secure server.
- HSBC use a simple payment process
- Step 1 At the welcome page click 'continue' at the bottom right of the page.
- Step 2 Card Information
Check the amount, enter your card details and your Card Security Number - This is the CV2 number on the back of your card. Click here to find out what this means - Step 3 Once the order and payment is completed, you will be transferred back to our website where you will be shown an order confirmation page detailing our standard terms & conditions as well as brief delivery details.
From time to time a notice may appear on your screen alerting you to the fact that you are moving from a secure server to one which is not secure. Do not be alarmed by this.
The secure part is where we take personal details or your credit card details from you.
