How To Place Your Order

Easy step-by-step guide to placing your furniture order

1. Browse the range of products on our web-site and make your selection. When you are choosing your purchase you may be asked to pick which options you may want. This may be the size, colour, quantity or drawer options that suit your needs. For example ;

To select the quantity of your chosen product use the drop down menu
To select the size of your chosen product use the drop down menu

When a product has color options the chosen color will be shown in the small box on the right hand side of the page.

To change the selected color click on the “Choose Fabric” icon. Then select from the available options by simply clicking on them. This will update your colour selection and automatically amend the price if needed.

2. To add your item to the shopping basket click the

your selected purchase, it will also
give you the options to check out
or to view or edit your cart.

4. The “Checkout” process is divided into five easy steps.
Step 1 :	You will be asked to “Register an account” For this you will need to provide a password, this will allow your account and make it quicker to check out for future orders and easier to track your order process.
Step 2 :	The “Billng Details” are the invoice address. Please note : This must be the address of the card holder ( If paying via credit or debit card.)
Step 3 :	In “Shipping Details” if your order value is above £500 you will be able to select the option for free delivery.
Step 4 :	The “Order Confirmation” section will review your purchase and give you the options of how to pay for your goods. Here you can also enter any specific instructions regarding your purchase or include any specific delivery details you may have. You may also redeem a promotional coupon if you have one. If you choose to pay by check you will be given instructions on where you should send your check and to whom you should make it payable. If you wish to pay by card, you will be taken to the Secure Barclays EPDQ site to enter your details.

What is the Card Security Code?
It is the final 3 digits printed over the top of the signature strip, which represents the card security code. For American Express it is a four digit number,typically displayed above the last four digits of the embossed card number on the front of the cart. It is not a PIN and cannot be used at ATM machines. However, unlike a PIN (Personal Identification Number), which you should never tell anyone, you will be asked a quote it together with your full statement address for phone, fax, mail order and internet purchases.The security code should not be disclosed to anyone other than when you are satisfied that the retailer/issuer is genuine and when you are positive that you wish to proceed with a purchase You may also be asked for this number when contacting your card issuer by telephone as extra proof that you are the cardholder.
By supplying the Card Security Code you are providing extra proof that you are the cardholder when you order.
